I enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was gorgeous with gorgeous locally made bread. The hotel was near the restaurant, where the food is way better than that usually found in hotels and also reasonably priced, and the outskirts of Lowestoft and an easy walk through the grounds to Oulton Broad thanks to its stunning and amazing location.
